IMPLEMENTATION OF JOB COMMITMENT AND JOB MOTIVATION TOWARD OPTIMIZATION OF JOB SATISFACTION THROUGH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This research aims to explain the causal relationship between variables. In this study, variables observed were work commitment, motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Related objective, type of is explanatory or causality research. The analytical method used multiple regression analysis. population study involved all employees at PT. Bank Sulselbar in Makassar City amounted 120 people who later became sample. Data analysis data interpretation was carried out through descriptive statistical results showed that commitment motivation directly affected satisfaction indirectly Employees with high desire achieve organizational goals, always think positively about organization, give their best efforts for organization.
